REFUND & RETURNS

By placing an order, you have confirmed that: You have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:

1. ORDER CANCELLATION.

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 10 hours. Once the packaging process has started, we can no longer cancel it.

2. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS.

Standard Returns - 30-Day Clear Vision Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders. You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your VISIONFLEX™ glasses to request a return if they don't meet your expectations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Since your item was not damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will need to be covered by the buyer. Once we receive the product back in good condition, we will process your refund promptly.

Important: The return address is not the same as the one on the shipping label. Please do not return items without first obtaining the correct return address and instructions from us. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you the proper return instructions, including how and where to send your package.

Defective and Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Photo proof of the damage/issue is required. Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery, or without photo proof, will not be accepted.

Please note: Claims made after 30 days of receipt, or for items that have been used for over 1 month, are not eligible for return or replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods that have been opened or used. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For exchanges, you will be asked to purchase a gift card to cover the re-shipping costs. After that we will process to re-ship to you

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
